傅开屏，在浙江理工大学取得会计学本科学位，在德国Pforzheim University 取得财经硕士学位。在杭州、欧洲、加州、上海和波士顿辗转生活后，最终全家定居于大波士顿西郊 Acton 镇，养育两个孩子：一位已在大学就读，另一位在中学。

来到波士顿地区已超过15年，我深爱这里的人文、风景与多元文化。我自小在江浙农村长大，记忆里宗祠常见“耕读传家”的匾额；尊老爱幼、知书达理，是中华文化代代相传的美德。移民初期，生活虽忙碌辛苦，我却常被陌生人的善意所感动。如今在这里逐渐扎根，也有了更多时间与精力，希望尽自己绵薄之力，联合志同道合的朋友，一起维护并建设这个温暖的社区：弘扬中华文化，积极参与本地公共事务，分享社区活动信息，并在力所能及的范围内帮助有需要的人。

Kaiping Fu holds a B.A. in Accounting from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and a master’s degree in finance and economics from Pforzheim University in Germany. After living in Hangzhou, Europe, California, Shanghai, and Boston, Kaiping and family settled in Acton, a western suburb of Greater Boston, where they are raising two children—one in college and one in middle school.

Kaiping has called the Boston area home for over 15 years and values its people, scenery, and multicultural community. Growing up in rural Zhejiang, Kaiping was influenced by the tradition of “learning and farming as a family legacy,” along with the Chinese virtues of respecting elders, caring for the young, and acting with courtesy and reason. In the early years as a first-generation immigrant, Kaiping was often moved by the kindness of strangers. Now more firmly rooted, Kaiping hopes to contribute time and effort—working with like-minded friends to support a warm, welcoming community, promote Chinese culture, participate in local civic affairs, share community information, and help those in need whenever possible.

Jasmine Wang，毕业于中国传媒大学，曾担任河北电视台、央广传媒电视节目主持人。现任Justice Resource Institute FirstConnection项目协调员，深耕教育领域。

Jasmine热爱社区文艺事业，组建家庭乐队，常年在社区舞台义务演出；也多次志愿担任各类社区活动主持人。目前在华人协会负责宣传与社交媒体运营工作。她希望凭借自身专业能力服务华人社区，做好信息普及与文化传播，推动中华文化在异国落地生根，助力华人同胞了解并融入社区。

Jasmine Wang is a graduate of the Communication University of China. She previously worked as a television host for Hebei TV Station and China National Radio Media. She currently serves as Coordinator at Justice Resource Institute FirstConnection, where she works in the education field.

Passionate about community arts, Jasmine leads a family band and volunteers for performances on local community stages. She has also volunteered as the host for numerous community events. At the Chinese American Association, she oversees communications and social media. She hopes to serve the Chinese community with her professional experience, share information and promote Chinese culture, help Chinese heritage take root abroad, and support fellow community members to learn about and engage in local community life.

Joyce 是 Acton 镇居民，育有两个孩子。她热衷于公共服务，并致力于推广中华文化。她经常在 Acton 及其周边地区的华人社区活动中担任志愿者，参与的活动包括中秋晚会、春节晚会、亚洲国际音乐节以及亚太裔文化节等。此外，她还参与了 Acton 华裔公民协会在 Maynard 镇 Open Table 慈善机构举办的新年红包派发活动。

Joyce is an Acton resident with two children. She is passionate about public service and loves promoting Chinese culture. She frequently volunteers at Chinese community events in Acton and the surrounding area, including Mid-Autumn Festival galas, Spring Festival galas, Asian International Music Festivals, and Asia American Pacific Islands Festivals. She also participated in the Acton Chinese American Civic Association’s New Year’s red packet distribution event at the Open Table in Maynard.

于2013年与家人搬到Acton，至今已在此生活13年。赴美前，曾在中国大陆从事中学教育工作多年。2020年疫情开始后，参与了ABA中文网络教育平台的教材编写工作。目前在Beth Israel Lahey Health担任超声波技师。工作之余，积极参与社区的公益活动，例如老人院慰问活动、华人中秋晚会等。2026年初，正式加入Acton华协，希望今后能尽自己的绵薄之力，为社区服务。

Siyu has been an Acton resident since 2013. Before moving to the U.S., she taught middle school in China for many years. Since the 2020 pandemic, she has contributed to developing materials for the ABA Chinese online education platform. She currently works as a sonographer at Beth Israel Lahey Health. Passionate about community service, she joined the board of ACACS in 2026.

Dr. Peng Shao is currently the head of system development at a medical technology company in the Greater Boston area. He has extensive experience in medical imaging, optical systems, and medical device research and development, with a strong background in high-tech innovation, system-level engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.

Having grown up in China and lived and worked in multiple regions across North America, Dr. Shao brings a broad cross-cultural perspective and a deep commitment to the growth of the Chinese community, youth development, and U.S.-China cultural exchange. As a member of the board, he hopes to contribute his professional expertise and global perspective to support community building, talent connection, and nonprofit development.

A resident of Acton since 2000, Yanni is an initiator and leader in establishing and developing ACACS. She volunteered at the Acton Chinese Language School (ACLS) for more than eight years as Vice Principal, Principal, Parent Council member, and Board Chair. She e$ectively built strong teams and laid great foundations of school policiesand traditions to the ACLS’s success. She led impactful events of the ACLS’ 5th and 10th Anniversary Celebrations, the 2010 Acton Chinese Cultural Day, and the 2011 Town of Acton 275th Anniversary & Chinese New Year Celebration. Yanni served at the Acton-Boxborough Cultural Council for two years. She is currently a member of the League of WomenVoters-Acton Area. She obtained her M.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, and BS in Chemistry and BA in Chinese Language & Literature from Wuhan University. Yanni has over sixteen years of management experience of supervising and directing teams in global pharmaceutical companies.

Having earned her BSEE from Tsinghua in 1985, Dawn and her husband have called Acton home since 1999 and have raised two wonderful children in the Acton-Boxborough public school system. A member of the Acton-Boxborough Cultural Council, Dawn has been involved in various civic organizations in Acton over the years. She has served as a trustee in her subdivision, volunteered on the Acton-Boxborough Parent Involvement Project (PIP) committee, and supported STEM initiatives like Market Math and Discover STEM. She travels frequently working in technical sales in a semiconductor company, and enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and playing badminton. Dawn strives to serve as a bridge between the town of Acton and the Chinese community.

1998年搬入Acton后，一直热心参与公益活动和镇里的各项活动。2004－2005年担任艾克顿中文学校副校长、校长；2006－2008担任艾克顿中文学校董事；2007－2009担任艾克顿中文学校校刊主编。这些年来，组织/参与组织艾克顿中文学校5周年、10周年校庆，2009、2012 Acton Music Night, 2010 艾克顿中华文化节，2010 Oktoberfest, 2011 Acton 275th Anniversary & Chinese New Year Celebration。

A founding member of ACACS, Jianying and her family are longtime Acton residents. Jianying has led many local Chinese community events and has served as Acton Chinese Language School (ACLS) Principal, Board Member, Dean, and teacher for over 10 years. Deeply committed to community service, Jianying hopes to resolve differences through seeking common ground, building community, and advocating for civic awareness and engagement.

从中国大陆来美三十一年, 一直在MIT从事海洋流体力学的学习、研究和教学。九八年移居Acton至今。曾经担任Acton中文学校的校长、家长会会长、两届董事会会长。参与成立Acton华协的筹划工作，负责Acton华协的公司注册和非营利组织的申请工作。现为Acton华协财务小组成员。

在中国大陆山区当了3年多知青，1977年文革后第一届大学生，毕业后在北京和南京高等院校先后任教4年。1986年来美学习工作多年.
1997年迁入Acton后，多次组织本镇华人联欢活动。2003年创办中文学校，任第一届校长。担任过学校董事会成员和主席。2006年筹划首届艾克顿中国传统音乐之夜，由中文学校和GBCC乐团联合演出。经过两个多月的紧张准备，在艾克顿高中礼堂顺利举行。演出吸引了近九百观众，获得了极大的成功。此后，中国传统音乐舞蹈之夜成为艾克顿每年的保留节目。

Shengjin and his family have been living in Acton for more than 15 years. He actively volunteered in local school events and community activities such as Walk for Hunger, Cambridge Freedom Run, Emerson Hospital 5K Run. His wife Chunhua is an avid gardener. They have two lovely kids, Melissa and Andrew. Shengjin works for a global biopharmaceutical company, supporting drug manufacturing for patients with rare genetic diseases. Joining the board of Acton Chinese American Civic Society (ACACS), Shengjin would like to promote integration of local Chinese community through engagement and participation in local community services.

从中国大陆来美国二十多年，在Newton Chinese Language school 和 Chelmsford Chinese Language School 担任中文老师，教过不同年级的中文。在Newton Chinese Language school 担任了四年的校长助理之后，于2018 年秋季转到Acton Chinese Language School，现在教成人中文。

积极参与义工活动，不定期的去Acton Community food Pantry 帮助不会英语的华裔老人填表和分发食品。在Household Goods 帮助整理捐献的生活用品。每年春节前后去Acton senior center 宣传中华文化等等。

在艾克顿这18-19年间，我结识了许多非常可爱的朋友：她他不管是哪个族裔，哪种职业，都做事认真，热心公益。加入华协后，我了解到，华协与许多主流社团合作，开展了许多社区建设活动。华协与 United Health Care, Acton Housing Authority, Gaining Ground Farm in Concord, Acton Boxborough Culture Council, Open Table, Acton Food Pantry, Acton Historic Society, Acton Post Office and Acton Arboretum 等等社团的活动，突破了朝九晚五族常常挣扎的孤僻感，丰富了大家的生活。

我很喜欢华协的宗旨—让我们与主流社会多交流交融。作为以英语语言文化为职业的我，我也深切地感受到语言文化的巨大差异，常常让我们第一代移民与主流社会互相误读。我希望参选华协董事，借此机会能与许多朋友一起，促进中美，东西方的文化交流。让我们走出华人小社区，也欢迎美国大社会进入我们温暖的华裔社区。
